Issue 6-7, June – July of “Vestitorul Ortodoxiei” magazine has been published. The 64 pages of the publication publicize many important events in the life of the Romanian Orthodox Church out of which we mention: the working session of the Holy Synod of the Romanian Orthodox Church of 6 – 7 July 2010, information on the construction of the Cathedral of the Nation’s Salvation, the results of the designing contest and the prizes the designers of the future Cathedral have received and a review of the canonical visit that His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel paid to the heart of Transylvania, to Brasov, from 10 – 12 July.

In summer, many personalities of the European political, cultural and religious life visited the Romanian Patriarchate, having been received by His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel, and the visits mentioned in the magazine pages.

Very emphasized are the charitable activity of the Church and the projects initiated and implemented by the Romanian Patriarchate in partnership with various foundations with social profile.

The second part of the magazine deals with the events in the life of the Romanian Orthodox Church and diaspora as well as the way in which the Orthodox Romanians living abroad observe the feasts and keep alive the tradition of their parents.

“Vestitorul Ortodoxiei” is the magazine of church information of the Romanian Patriarchate.
