- The Wednesday and Friday on the week before the Great Lent (Feb. 25 and 27)
- Monday and Tuesday during the first week of the Great Lent (Mar. 2 and 3)
- Great Friday (Apr. 17)
Weddings are not performed:

- On the day of Great Feasts, as well as the day before
- During the Cheesefare Week (Feb. 23 - Mar. 1)
- During the Great Lent (Mar. 2 - Apr. 18)
- During the Bright Week (Apr. 27 - May 3)
- During the Apostles' Fast (Jun. 15 - 28)
- During the Dormition Fast (31 Jul. - Aug. 14)
- During the Nativity Fast (Nov. 15 - Dec. 24)
- Between the Nativity Feast and the Baptism of our Lord (Dec. 25 - Jan. 6)
National Church Holidays
- Ascension of our Lord – Memorial Day (Jun. 28)
- Holy Apostle Andrew, the First Called – Protector of Romania (Nov. 30)
