On this occasion, Rev. Archimandrite Timotei Aioanei, great Ecclesiarch of the Patriarchal Cathedral and Cultural Exarch of the Archdiocese of Bucharest, said: „On this day, on the Orthodoxy Sunday, when His Beatitude reaches 20 years of hierarchic service, we think of the preaching of the word of God to the faithful, in season and out of season, during all this period. We think of the fact that His Beatitude represented Christ, presents Christ to the world and represents Him in the entire sacerdotal work. His many concerns, both in Moldova and in Bucharest, show him as a follower both of the Church Fathers to whom he has always been faithful, and of the teaching of the Orthodox Church which he presented to all people, telling them with so much inspiration about the eternal beauty of Orthodoxy”, informs Trinitas Television station.
