On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Your Holiness’ enthronement, we convey You our best brotherly wishes of good health and salvation, peace and joy, grace and help from God in the activity You unfold.
In the light of fraternal communion and pastoral co-responsibility for the welfare of the entire Orthodoxy, we pray God to bestow His rich gifts upon Your Holiness, at the anniversary, recently, of 50 years of ecclesiastic ministry and of 20 years in the pastoral service of the Archdiocese of Constantinople and of the Ecumenical Patriarchate.
May Christ, our Lord, “the High Priest”, give You many good years of life!
