We learn several details about the programme unfolded so far from Aurel Moisiuc, correspondent of TRINITAS Radio present at the events: “The fourth day of the canonical visit to the Diocese of Spain and Portugal began with the visit of the delegation of the Romanian Orthodox Church to the Palace of Justice of Madrid where His Beatitude Patriarch Daniel met Mr. Francisco Caamano Dominguez, Minister for Justice. Various common projects for supporting and sustaining the Romanian faithful living in the Kingdom of Spain were discussed. The delegation of the Romanian Orthodox Church also met Mrs. Esperanza Aghire, President of the Communities of Madrid. Some common projects of co-operation and inter-aid of the Communities of Romanians were also discussed. Today’s programme also includes a brotherly meeting with Don Antonio Varela, Archbishop of Madrid and President of the Spanish Episcopal Conference, as well as a reception given by Maria Ligor, Romanian Ambassador in Madrid”.
