Taking into account the organisation of the building yard of the Cathedral for the Nation’s Salvation, as well as the permanent presence of a large number of workers who will unfold their activity here, the Romanian Patriarchate builds, on the site of the Cathedral, a temporary metal structured chapel 25 metres long and 6 metres wide.
In this chapel dedicated to the Resurrection of the Lord, prayers will be raised every day for the good development of the construction of the new Cathedral.
It is also here that lists of the living and of the dead will be received every day, as well as donations for the Cathedral for the Nation’s Salvation, with an invoice issued, and the names of the donators for the construction of the Cathedral for the Nation’s Salvation mentioned at the religious services celebrated in this chapel.
When the construction of the Cathedral for the Nation’s Salvation is over, a Holy Cross named The Pilgrims’ Cross will be raised on the site of this temporary chapel.
