October 15 marks the 73rd birthday of Bulgaria’s Patriarch and Sofian Metropolitan Neophyte. For his birthday, his Excellency called for people to donate to a charity campaign for buying a Rotem Sigma apparatus for the maternity ward at Sheinovo Hospital.
The equipment is used for diagnosing blood loss in patients with severe health issues, reports euscoop.com.
Earlier this year, Patriarch Neophyte suffered from health issues himself, but luckily recovered and was discharged from the hospital.
